In addition to family based immigration and deportation defense, we specialize in victim-based cases such as U-Visas, VAWA, and asylum. Also, we have substantial experience representing criminal defendants who are not citizens. We do post-conviction relief cases, advisals, and appeals related to the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Finally, we have experience representing companies and individuals petitioning for business visas. 

I represent people who have been charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Colorado has harsh penalties for DUI and other traffic offenses involving drugs or alcohol.  If you have been arrested on DUI charges, you are facing serious legal trouble. It is vital that you protect your interests, as a DUI charge carries many penalties. For example, any conviction will stay on your permanent record and may prevent you from getting a job, becoming a citizen of the United States, getting your green card, or renewing your driver’s license. We will work hard to defend you against a variety of charges including DUI, DWAI, DUI-D (drugs), and refusing a chemical test of your blood or breath. Also, I represent people in other traffic cases and defend against misdemeanor charges. 

We are one of the few firms in Colorado that litigate immigration cases in federal court. I have experience litigating cases at the federal level in the Colorado District Court, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. At the state court level, I have litigated cases in a variety of county courts, district courts, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and at the Colorado Supreme Court. Finally, I devote much of my practice to litigation in the Immigration Courts and at the Board of Immigration Appeals. I am also admitted to practice at the United States Supreme Court.
